A woman sitting on a brown leather couch, petting two large white dogs in a cozy living room. The room has a white wall with two wooden shelves, a small clock, books, and a vase of colorful flowers. A large green plant is partially visible on the right.

You don't have to keep carrying it alone.

Something brought you here. Maybe it's the weight of experiences you've never quite been able to put down. Maybe it's a sense that parts of you feel out of place, disconnected, or unfamiliar. Maybe you've been surviving for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to simply feel at home in yourself.

Whatever brought you here, you're in the right place.

A stack of books on a beige couch, with the top book titled 'Permission to Feel' by Marc Brackett, Ph.D., and other books about eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, and internal family systems therapy.

I work with adults navigating the effects of trauma. I know that healing from trauma is not linear, and I don't treat it that way.

At the heart of this practice is a belief that you already carry within you the capacity to heal. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with that capacity, with patience, compassion, and a deep respect for your story.

A holistic approach, grounded in science and heart.

You deserve
to feel at home
in your own
experience.

This work is about understanding yourself more fully, integrating the parts that have felt out of place, and finding a life that actually fits. It’s not about fixing you, because you aren't broken.

When you're ready, I'm here.

Healing is possible. And it begins with presence —yours and mine.

A window with a black grid, two cylindrical containers on a white windowsill, one clear and one frosted, and a white rolling pin.
A large white dog with a thick, wavy coat standing on a wooden floor in a cozy, rustic room. The dog has light eyes and a brown nose, wearing a black collar. In the background, there is a mid-century modern style glass coffee table and wooden furniture.
A tan leather couch with visible wear and creases, with a stack of books titled 'Trauma and Recovery' placed on the right side of the seat.
Two women are sitting on the stairs, laughing and enjoying each other's company, barefoot, with one wearing a black shirt and the other in a white shirt.
A blue potted plant on a windowsill with a large window showing green trees outside. The window has black framing and there are colorful, gradient-colored panels in front of the window.
