I believe healing is a return, not a reinvention.

About Becca Trejo

Licensed Professional Counselor – Yoga Teacher – Sound Practitioner

So much of what brings people to therapy is a sense of being disconnected. Whether from themselves, from others, or from any felt sense of safety or belonging. My work is about helping you find your way back. Not to who you were before, but to the truth of who you are.

I'm Becca Trejo, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Dallas specializing in trauma therapy for adults. I work with individuals navigating the lasting effects of trauma. My specialties include many forms of trauma, including childhood trauma, sexual trauma, and vicarious trauma. Wherever you're coming from, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to every session.

I also hold a deep commitment to two communities in particular: adults healing from childhood sexual abuse, and firefighters navigating the cumulative weight of their work. These are populations I am honored to serve.

At the foundation of everything I do is mindfulness and self-compassion. I've seen, again and again, that the most transformative healing happens  when we learn to meet our inner experience with kindness and curiosity, not when we fight it.

I draw from a range of
evidence-based and holistic modalities.

My philosophy,
simply put

I help people get to know themselves better. To understand the parts of their experience that feel like they don't fit, and to find what does. To feel more comfortable in their own skin, and more connected to the life they want to live.

Healing is possible.
And it begins with presence .

Sessions available in-person and online.
